Since 2008, we have been installing automated gate systems across Milano and surrounding regions. Our company was founded by three engineers who recognized a need for reliable, professionally installed access control solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Our Story
CleanBuildPoint began operations in Milano with a workshop on Via della Moscova and a team of five specialists. Our founders brought together 47 years of combined experience in electrical engineering, metalwork, and automation technology. The first year, we completed 23 installations for private homes in the Brera and Porta Venezia districts.
By 2012, we expanded our services to include commercial properties and industrial facilities. We invested in Came and BFT certified training for our technicians, ensuring every installation met manufacturer specifications and Italian safety standards (Norma UNI 8612). Today, our team includes 12 certified installers and 3 project managers who coordinate installations from initial site survey through final testing.
What We Do
We specialize in complete gate automation systems for swing gates, sliding gates, and barrier arms. Each project includes site assessment, system design, installation of motors and control units, safety sensor integration, and user training. Our installations comply with EN 12453 and EN 12445 standards for automated gate safety.
We work with equipment from Came, BFT, Nice, and Faac - manufacturers known for durability in the Italian climate. Our typical residential installation takes 6-8 hours and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor. For commercial projects, we provide maintenance contracts with quarterly inspections and 24-hour emergency response.
